PROJECT - CANCER FUNDRAISER
Seed Funding: $2,000.00
In 2008 the Cooma Hospital held their Annual Cancer Fundraiser, Greg and Teija Zwajgenberg donated $2000.00 at the events Charity Auction for a local artists pencil sketch impression of the Monaro Grasslands, in support of funding increased regional oncologies services.
This is in keping with Teijas heart on helping people with cancer, and synonymous with Teija's work on children with cancer, funding and producing a comprehensive guide to help parents navigate the pain of what was happening to their child in conjunction with the ACT Cancer Society
Teija did her Post Graduate Studies in Oncology and devoted her life to being an Oncology Nurse, when she had overcome her physical injures from a severe car accident where she was told she would never work again, and compounded with chronic fatigue.
Greg Zwajgenberg "Teija has an awesome heart for God, and is a devout spirit filled Christian, a true living reminder of 'Faith At Work'"
PROVERBS 19:17..."Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done"
PROJECT - CAMERON SHELTON
Seed Funding: $1,000.00 (of 11,000.00+)
Cameron Shelton was a young man with a "Heart of Gold" who completed his education with love, empathy and care at Brindabella Christian College, and went on to become a leading Australian Futsal Umpire, twice nominated to train with the worlds best in Europe. When Cameron graduated he then became an employee, specifically leading our Duke of Edinburgh Program.
In 2020 Cameron was diagnosed with a "one-in-a-million” rare spinal cancer, went through the most aggressive treatment you could possibly sustain to reduce the tumours, spinal operations to remove them when the tumours shrunk, and at the end of it all he then went into remission.
The tumours returned to his spine and metastasised into his hips. So he once again faced aggressive Chemo and operations more invasive than the first set.

Cameron was self sufficient and had been that way from a very young teenager, all of which had taken a toll when he was facing multiple trips to Sydney and the ongoing inability to work.
We encouraged anyone who had a heart for family and friends suffering from cancer, and especially children and young adults who are at the beginning of their lives, to support Cameron in this journey.
Prayerfully The Go Fund Me Page raised over $11,000.00 through Friends, Family and reaching out to Business Associates.
This helped Cameron survive, go to the USA for a final trip to catch up with family, and end his life amongst good friends and memories, having also left an Australian legacy in the world of Futsal.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:8-10..."We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies"
PROJECT - BEAUTY WITH A PURPOSE FUNDRAISER
Investment: $8,498.79
In 2022 Sarah Zwajgenberg became a NSW Finalist Miss World Australia, and through the competitions "Beauty with a Purpose initiative" as a personal goal, set a fundraising target of $10,000 for Variety Children's Charity.
Variety exists to secure funds for vital medical equipment and services for "disadvantaged and vulnerable" children in the community who are sick or living with a disability. Such an awesome cause for one of our IF Team, supporting the brilliant work Variety do in the life of "disadvantaged and vulnerable" children in the community.
Greg Zwajgenberg "We are so proud of our Sarah. In addition to her USYD Team winning the 2022 World Title in Aerospace rocketry, her entry into Modelling and World debut on the front cover of "Off Town" International Fashion magazine, Sarah achieved a significant result in seeking to reach her first $10,000 goal for Variety.

PROJECT - AFRICAN AUSTRALIAN CULTURAL AWARDS NIGHT IN SUPPORT OF ACT'S NEW 'AFRICAN AUSTRALIAN CULTURAL CENTRE'
Donation: $1,000.00+
The "2022 African Cultural Awards Night" was held in support of fundraising for the new "African Australian Cultural Centre Project" in Belconnen Canberra.
Greg Zwajgenberg's host for the event, Chief Emmanuel Ezekial-Hart, was being honoured by His Excellency, Mr. Marthinus van Schalkwyk South African High Commissioner Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps, as the recipient of the 2022 African Community Leader of the Year Award.
The night was a stunning cultural experience and insight into the depth and breadth of the richness of African Life, History and Culture, helping underpin the creation of the new African Australian Cultural Centre in the North of Canberra.
At Imagine IF... we are truly looking forward to seeing this project come to life, to enrich Australians in their understanding of African culture. Please join us in seeding this project, donate your support to:

Ongoing Fundraising: $8498.00+
"As if Aerospace Engineering wasn't demanding enough to keep Sarah away from enjoying a personal life, Sarah became determined to ensure her life remains fun, balanced, and in her 'Love of Life' way, anything but quiet."
Enjoying life continues to resonate with Sarah's life, as on top of Sarah's team closing off 2022 building a light aircraft as part of her studies in Aerospace Engineering.
In 2023 Sarah is now tutoring classes at UNSW alongside her studies, as she has awesome mentors that believe in her.
This is combined with Sarah now completing her first set of flying lessons, totally enjoying her journey to following her dream of piloting Space Shuttles. Sarah will fly her first Fighter Jet Trainer in late 2024.
Then as part of life remaining fun, Sarah has progressed to the Australian Finals of Miss World, competing against 32 Australian Finalists. Sarah had also worked for 4-months as an extra on the set of "The Fall Guy" with Ryan Gosling and Emma Blunt, which premiered in June 2024.
An enormous thank you to everyone that helped Sarah raise funds toward special needs children. Sarah ended up one of the top fundraisers in the country, and such an awesome cause.
We are so proud of our daughter, and our son Shane, the world is a better place with them in it.
PSALM 127:3...“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.”
